Blanca González Benavides is a dynamic entrepreneur and champion for women's leadership and inclusive growth. As the founder of Curvas Plus Size, she has spent over a decade empowering plus-size women in Nicaragua through fashion, confidence-building, and community support. A Cum Laude graduate in Marketing and alumna of prestigious global programs including the YLAI Fellowship, WE Americas Accelerator, Leads Mujer, and VV Grow Fellowship Blanca brings deep insight into economic empowerment, strategic planning, and cross-border collaboration. She has held leadership roles such as President of REN (Nicaraguan Network of Women Entrepreneurs) and Vice President of ARRED, a Nicaragua–Costa Rica binational network. Her training from institutions like Cornell, Thunderbird, and Dale Carnegie reflects her commitment to continuous learning. Honoured as “Businesswoman of the Year” and named among the “Women Who Leave a Mark in Central America,” Blanca continues to create impact by mentoring, connecting, and inspiring women across the region.
