Nancy Soledad Vinelli Aguirre is a highly accomplished lawyer, mediator, and advocate for women's empowerment with a Doctorate in Law and extensive experience in legal advisory, mediation, and leadership roles. Passionate about gender equality and social justice, she has dedicated her career to protecting women's rights, promoting economic empowerment, and ensuring access to justice for underrepresented communities.

She is the founder of Vinelli & Asociados Law Firm, where she specializes in cases related to violence against women, family law, labor rights, and social justice. As the Head Mediator at CENSOL Quito, she actively works to resolve disputes through dialogue and negotiation, ensuring that women have a voice in legal proceedings and fair treatment in the justice system.

Nancy has been a driving force in women’s leadership and economic empowerment through her work with BPW (Professional and Business Women), serving as Regional Vice Coordinator for Latin America, Second Voter for BPW International, and President of the Public Relations Committee for BPW Ecuador. Through these roles, she has advocated for policies that support women entrepreneurs, provided mentorship, and created opportunities for women to thrive in business and leadership.

Her commitment to social impact extends to urban development and legal accessibility, having legalized 500 property deeds for vulnerable families in Ecuador through the Ministry of Urban Development and Housing (MIDUVI), ensuring women gain property rights and financial independence.

With a career dedicated to empowering women, defending their rights, and strengthening their role in business and society, Nancy continues to be a powerful advocate for change, using her legal expertise to build a more just and inclusive Ecuador.
