After 15 years of experience in forwarding and logistics, Ratka Asanovic founded TQL – Total Quality Logistics and Consulting in 2017.

She believes that certain character traits essential to engage in private business are, first of all, the ability to make decisions, then moderation, which is acquired over the years, and then courage, combined with constant education and acceptance of change because, as in nature and business, everything is constantly changing.
