Sarika Panchhi is the CEO and Co-Founder of WordOfMouth Media, Co-founder of JiViSa Wellness and Curator of Cover to Cover (A book review series)

An MBA from NarseeMonji, and an alumnus of ISB, Sarika comes with 23+ years of strong work experience. She started her career with Airlines and worked with Organisations like Jet Airways, Virgin Atlantic and Kingfisher Airlines, Later switching industries she joined Serco Global Services, She moved on to join IBM Global Services (now Concentrix) heading various International processes and Mumbai Operations before taking the plunge and co-founding ‘Word of Mouth Consulting’. In her own words, she is a people’s person and feels that any good relationship is depended on robust communication.

She is passionate about people and conversations. She feels a lot can come out of that. Completely believe in actions more than words. A runner, cyclist, biker, entrepreneur, single mother of a handsome 15 year old, a firm believer of investing in people and relations and a life coach. In my personal capacity, other than my work, I run a runners group a cyclist group, a group for Dehradun citizens for issues they want to address and part of a women biker club. Have just launched ‘Cover to Cover’, a book review series, with the idea to spread learning from books I read and my own life experiences.
