A Philanthropist & Mentor, Mrs. Sartaj Lamba Founder and CEO of Besure Buddy Pvt Ltd (Buddy cabs and Care), a start-up with a vision to empower the vulnerable section of society to live a more fulfilling life. She is a chairperson of AJ group of companies. A visionary and dynamic entrepreneur, her business interests span across travel and tourism industry, manifesting in the form of AJ Travels Pvt. Ltd. Single handedly running the business, she is skilled at negotiations, and building and promoting successful brands.

She has been working for women empowerment. She is running vocational training centers for women in which presently about 35 ladies are taking training in stitching apart from this she has been instrumental for funds for education for women. She also provides Mentorship for Start-ups and entrepreneurs.

Filled with compassion for the vulnerable section of the society, Mrs. Sartaj Lamba is a proud founder of BUDDY CABS service, which has become a household name for safe, reliable, and comfortable travel. The purpose of launching BUDDY CABS was to offer comfortable rides to people at discounted rates "with seva bhav" (as care services). BUDDY CABS, during the lockdown period, helped patients undergoing dialysis and chemotherapy to visit hospitals. BUDDY CABS, which started in Punjab, now has its operations running successfully PAN India.
