An ingenious personality, she began her activist journey by founding the Association of Women Entrepreneurs (AWE) in Jaipur in 2011 with an aim of developing patronage for women in society. Having an action-oriented mindset, she steered AWE in partnering with more than 1500 corporate organizations, including MNCs, National & Public Sector Organizations. She has held counselling sessions for more than 50,000 job seekers by conducting seminars & one-on-one mentoring sessions.

Ms. Batra has been volunteering & contributing towards society through CSR activities like Creating Awareness among people of rural areas for saving the Girl Child & educating them.  She has worked towards encouraging effective utilization of social & public platforms to improve the social, educational, and economic conditions of women.
