Ojedokun Funmilayo is a baker who started her business with ₦2000 in 2015. She hails from a small community called Igere in Agbara, Ogun State, Nigeria.
She started making pastries and zobo, she used to deliver them to a school in a wheelbarrow. One day the school principal approached her and asked if she could take the responsibility of teaching the students ‘Home Economics’. She accepted the offer and started teaching at the school while managing her business.
She rented a shop and started selling bakery and food products until the advent of the covid pandemic in 2020. After which she moved to Lagos and partnered with her brother to start a restaurant business. She manages both the businesses till date.
