As a student, Rina took bold decisions like sitting outside H. H. Dalai Lama's residence for four weeks, to get him to Norway.
Having worked in Norway's largest PR consultancy, Geelmuyden Kiese and Tigris Capital Ltd in Singapore, she founded EnteringINDIA after living 8 years abroad.
In 2016, she was chosen as one of 12 leading voices at Norway's annual Innovation Speech. Rina is used to being the only woman in rooms full of men. This does not make her shy away from uncomfortable topics, like climate debates, discrimination, or lessons to be learned from Norway and India.
Rina is a firm believer of the importance of standing up for what you believe in when it comes to the greater good and the legacy you want to leave behind for future generations.
During Covid-19, she founded the NGO Det Moderne India which also has a podcast that has trended as #1 and #2 in Norway in the non-profit category.
